PET Polyester Strapping Band Production Line

The whole line includes material crystallization and drying system, extruder, melt pump, screen change, cold water tank, haul-off machine, stretching oven, annealing oven, embossing machine, strapping accumulator, winder; 

According to the customer's requirement, there are MAAG pump and Austria ECON back-flush automatic screen changer for choice;

There are two kinds of winder, PLC controlled winder and Mechanical winder, for fully automatic strap, PLC winder is necessary;

The strapping accumulator unit is for choice;

Electrical parts: We use ABB inverter, Siemens PLC and touch screen, Siemens contactor.
